What services are available at a ttconnect Service Centre?
You can access services provided by several different Ministries and Agencies at a ttconnect Service Centre. These services include:

What do I need to access available services?
The requirements to access a service at a Service Centre are determined by the Ministry or Agency responsible for that service. In most cases, you can read information about what is required for each of these services online. Please click on the name of the service below for details on specific requirements.
For other services, such as applying for an employment opportunity advertised by the Service Commissions Department in the daily newspapers, please read the requirements specified in the advertisement for that opportunity.

Can I complete the entire process at a ttconnect Service Centre?
When you visit a ttconnect Service Centre, a Customer Service Specialist will attend to your request. If your request cannot be completed while you wait (e.g. applying for a computer-generated birth certificate), you may need to make more than one visit to the Service Centre. If applicable, you have the option to collect your final documentation at the Service Centre, or have it mailed to you via TTPost free of charge.Please note that if there are any unique circumstances regarding your application, the Customer Service Specialist may need to refer you to the relevant Ministry.
Are there any fees for using the Service Centres?
You do not have to pay a fee for the convenience of visiting a ttconnect Service Centre.Some government services do require payments, but those services are not yet available at a Service Centre. At present, ttconnect Service Centres do not provide any service that requires payment.
Do the Service Centres replace a Ministry's counter service?
ttconnect Service Centres complement a Ministry's counter service by providing you with more options for accessing government information and services. However, Service Centres are not a replacement for Ministry counter services, as you will be required to visit the relevant Ministry office if the service you want requires the processing of any form of payment.Where are ttconnect Service Centres located?
There are currently six ttconnect Service Centre locations in Trinidad and Tobago. All locations are open Monday to Saturday.
Service Centres located in Arima, Bon Accord Tobago, Chaguanas and Tunapuna are open to the public from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, except on public holidays.
Service Centres located in Princes Town and St James (located at the NALIS libraries) are open to the public from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon, except on public holidays
