The Defining Masculine Excellence Programme aims to provide participants with tools for psychological development and healing through an examination of their socialisation and the negative perception of their various roles.  The course modules are designed to provide participants with the skills to facilitate personal and group transformation, and to help men develop self esteem and positive attitudes to life.  Through the training, participants are exposed to different concepts and are provided with the skills to assume positive leadership roles in all areas of life.

The programme is conducted one day a week for a period of eight weeks.  This allows participants to practice and share their new knowledge and skills.
