The Homeschool Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HATT) is dedicated to providing an organizational framework within Trinidad and Tobago for the establishment of a volunteer run, privately funded association for:
The provision of a comprehensive home education information system to encourage, support, train and protect every willing individual and family in the methods of parent-directed home education
The empowering of families to make homeschooling choices that respect the rights, needs and aspirations of their children
The networking of families through the provision of recreational and other opportunities for them to get together and to educate the general public, educators, elected officials and other civil government leaders concerning the benefits of home education.
